Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members
Site layouts for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the images.
Additionally contained in this recent image drop is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling distinct parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.
More images released as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
